Ingredients +
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid); vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol acetate); zinc (as zinc citrate); copper (as copper gluconate); bilberry powder (fruit); eyebright extract 10:1 (whole herb); lutein 5% (Tagetes erecta, flower). Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), brown rice flour.
How to use +
Supplier directions: adults take two (2) capsules daily with 6–8 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Review the zinc amount with your clinician before use.
Before you start +
The supplier panel lists 80 mg zinc per two-capsule serving. This exceeds the usual adult upper limit of 40 mg daily from all sources; use above that limit requires medical guidance. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
