Per one-capsule serving: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 125 mcg (5,000 IU); vitamin K2 (MK-7, as menaquinone) 100 mcg; calcium (as calcium carbonate) 210 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract 5 mg. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetable capsule). 60 capsules / 60 one-capsule servings per bottle.
How to use +
Supplier directions: take one (1) capsule twice daily, 20–30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. This provides 250 mcg (10,000 IU) vitamin D3 daily. Ask your healthcare professional whether this high-strength formula and serving are appropriate for you before use.
